Hello Friends !

It was a great pleasure meeting you.

As I would like to get to know you more, I guess you would like to know how I had became a mortgage broker.

I had been in the mortgage business for few years, starting as an loan officer for Bank of America,  then working for some direct lenders, such as Golden State Financial and Cherry Creek Mortgage. In July 2017, I started my own mortgage company located in Pasadena with a goal to provide a better service with competitive rates through an integration of streamline process.

Graduated with an MBA degree, I had been heavily involved with business administration – dealing with multiple tasks with multiple people; then my career migrated into computer programmer, I found myself love finding ways to solve problems. Then unexpected life events turned me into an entrepreneur – I created an online traffic school in English and Chinese, with the Chinese version being the first and only one licensed by California DMV.  And now I am a mortgage broker – using my liking for algebra, tenacity in problem solving, and passion in helping others getting into their own home and investing in real estate.

As a Chinese, I am naturally money savvy, and when it comes to home loans I always seek out the best rates for my clients.

As a person, I like being honest and reliable, so I had associated my business with the best and trustworthy lenders in the market. Quicken Loans, United Wholesale Mortgage, Caliber are among those wonderful wholesale lenders I am privileged to work with.

Intellectually, I like to break down complicate matters and re-present them in simple to understand and easy to follow steps. Efficiency is my personally motto, and this is how I had given my business the name  ITECH FUNDING.

My goal as a mortgage broker is to find the best loan solutions with the best market rates and pricing for my clients.  And I thank you for giving me a chance to give you a quote and the possibility of further serving you with your home loan financing.
